“It was like talking to Diego had cleared my head. For the first time in three months, blood was not the main thing in there.” Bree, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephanie Meyer.
Final Verdict: I wouldn’t read this book. It will leave you frustrated and wishing that this story had been developed to its true potential. Instead, it re-hashes much of Eclipse without offering anything original.
“My life and his were twisted into a single strand. Cut one, and you cut both. If he were gone, I would not be able to live through that. If I were gone, he wouldn’t live through it, either.” Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer.
Final Verdict: If you’ve come this far, you may as well finish. You might want to skim the first two thirds of the book. I can sum them up with: the wedding, the honeymoon and the baby. That’s it.
“Time passes. Even when it seems impossible. Even when each tick of the second hand aches like the pulse of blood behind a bruise. It passes unevenly, in strange lurches and dragging lulls, but pass it does. Even for me.” Bella, New Moon by Stephanie Meyer.
Final Verdict: If you have to read this book just try to detach yourself and don’t use Bella as a role model.
